Moving

Its been forever since I posted anything here.  So what's been keeping me busy?  Well its been a very busy, hectic year.

Last May my husband and I along with my sister travelled to Greece.  We went on a wonderful cruise sailing out of Athens we visited three Greek ports and one Turkish port.  Once back in Athens we did a little touring around and visited Thessoloniki in Northern Greece before going to my husband's home town on the Island of Greece.  What a great time we had! 

From there my sister and I went off to England and Ireland, leaving my husband behind in Greece to take care of some family business.  My sister and I went to Galway, Ireland and attended the International Quilt Festival.  Then it was off on a 10 day bus tour of Ireland with a bunch of quilters before going back to England and spending 8 days travelling and seeing the sites by train.  All in all it was 6 weeks of fun that I will never forget!

After returning to Canada, I settled right in with my quilting.  Afterall, I had 10 days of having the house to myself before hubby returned from Greece.  Oh there was grass to cut, and weeds to pull, but I fitted that in between my quilting time.
